Application View Global for IQTalk Systems

Audience

This course is intended for personnel who are responsible for the generation and distribution of reports on an Intervoice IQTalk platform using the Application View Global product.

Description

This one-day course is designed to provide an overview of the architecture of the system as well as instruction in Report generation, scheduling and delivery procedures.  Administrative functions such as creating user accounts and maintaining tables are also part of the course.

Prerequisites

Basic Windows operating system navigation skills.  An understanding of how History.log is created by IVILog would be beneficial, but not essential.

Objectives

  • State the purpose of the Application View Global reporting package.
  • Describe the system architecture associated with Application View Global.
  • Discuss how client information is maintained when communications with the Application View Global server is lost.
  • Describe Application View reports to include: report types, report configuration, report scheduling, report delivery and report interpretation.
  • Create User Accounts for Application View database.
  • Demonstrate Application View Global Table Maintenance.
  • Describe the log files created by Application View Global.
