Audience
This course is intended for programmers who will build and manage workflows on the IP Contact Center system. No prerequisites are needed.
Description
This course is intended for personnel who will manage the IP Contact Center system. The course the design, development, and maintenance of IP Contact Workflows. Both immediate and deferred workflows will be developed. The course is activity-driven with students building and testing several workflows.

Objectives

Review the IP Contact Center system and its architecture.

Examine the functionality and operation of the Workflow Builder.

Review how to design a call flow.

Build a voice workflow.

Build an immediate email workflow

Build a deferred email workflow.

Design, build, and test a workflow to solve a business case.
