Intervoice Announces Appointment of New Independent Auditor

DALLAS - August 23, 2007 - Intervoice, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTV) today announced that its Audit Committee engaged Grant Thornton LLP to serve as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the current fiscal year ending February 28, 2008.  The appointment of Grant Thornton LLP is effective immediately.
