Analytics within Intervoice's Media Exchange is a data-rich reporting tool, critical to successful management and marketing of applications, as well as continual service improvement. Media Exchange uses Analytics to offload the storage and processing burden of handling large volumes of statistics and call detail records. Each time the Media Exchange service is accessed, the platform generates transaction records that can be transmitted to a customer-provided billing subsystem. This data can be used to analyze resource usage for all subscriber activity, including traffic statistics and service usage. With Analytics from Intervoice, you don't need to predetermine which trends to track, and you can even search historical data for previously unrecognized trends.
