Media Server
As part of our Intervoice Voice Portal offerings, the Intervoice Media Server assists in integrating disparate hardware in the
contact center to create a single, unified environment for the development, deployment and management of voice solutions. It's a
standards-based platform that leverages the power of next-generation open standards and includes a certified and compliant VoiceXML
Browser, CCXML Browser, and MTC runtime modules, as well as telephony hardware. Using Media Server, you can integrate other servers
via MRCP for speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech conversion (TTS).
