Training courses within this package include:

  • Voice User Interface Design |

    This course is intended for personnel who are new to designing and programming Speech applications. No prerequisites are needed.

  • Introduction to VoiceXML | This course is intended for system engineers and others that have little to no experience with VoiceXML. System administrators, resellers and project leaders will also benefit from the course.
  • InVision Studio for VoiceXML Development |

    This course is intended for programmers new to the Intervoice Development Studio - InVision Studio tool who will be responsible for creating and/or supporting a VoiceXML speech project. The course is not vendor-specific and applies to both the Nuance OpenSpeech Recognizer and Nuance 8.x speech recognition systems.

  • Media Server 3.x Administration with Control Center | This course is intended for personnel who monitor and manage Intervoice systems using an Intervoice Media Server 3.x platform. Application programmers, resellers and project leaders will also benefit from the course.
  • Application View for Media Servers 3.x | This course is intended for personnel who are responsible for the generation and distribution of reports on an Intervoice platform using the Application View product.
